Our Zero-Defects Process
At Vyn-All®,
the fabrication of each vinyl liner is strictly supervised by our
Quality Assurance Team. We inspect every liner at each stage of
production to guarantee that it is structurally sound, flawlessly
constructed and made to your pool's exact specifications.
Seven Steps to the Perfect Liner
- Your pool builder sends Vyn-All® your exact pool dimensions.
- Depending on the complexity of the pool shape,
Vyn-All either accepts the dimensions or will create a scale model
of your pool for approval by your pool builder. This extra
step of creating a scale model ensures that Vyn-All knows exactly
what your pool builder requires.
- Vyn-All uses computer-controlled automatic
cutting machines to precisely cut the pieces of your liner from
six-foot rolls of top-quality, 100% virgin vinyl.
- State-of-the-art high frequency dielectric RF
sealing machines create a water-tight, lap-weld seal between the
vinyl pieces.
- Computer-controlled automated welders affix the
liner bead in one continuous seal around the top edge of the liner,
creating the highest quality, water-tight seal possible.
- The floor of the liner is also attached using the same state of the art processes and machinery.
- Finally, we fan fold your liner into its heavy-duty, double wall shipping carton. Fan folding ensures that your liner remains safe during shipping. It also ensures a quicker and easier installation.
